We use this information, which may include personal information, to track your preferences and keep you informed about the products and services you have opted to receive. We also use this information to enhance our Site and protect our rights. As a visitor to our Site, you can engage with most content without providing your personal information to us (though non-personal information may still be collected through automated technologies on our Site). When you seek to download resources, interact with our online community, communicate with us, or register for our services, you will be required to provide personal information.
Information We Collect About You
We collect the information you provide voluntarily as well as through automatic means. The voluntary information we collect may include, without limitation, your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, age, gender, health information, payment and credit card information, and other personal or health-related information. As you navigate through our Site, we also may use automatic data collection technologies including, but not limited to, Google Analytics to collect information about your equipment and internet connection, IP address, operating system, browsing actions and patterns, traffic and location data, and any communications between your device and our Site. The information we collect through these automated technologies does not include personal information and is used for statistical purposes to help us improve the Site and our overall performance, and to provide a more personalized experience for our users.
Collecting Information Through Cookies
As part of our automatic data collection, the Site uses cookies and server logs to collect information. Cookies are small pieces of information created to identify you when you visit a website. They are used by web developers to provide you with more personal and convenient site visits. We use cookies to recognize you on our Site and to remember your previously selected preferences. Information gathered through cookies may include the date and time of visits, the language you prefer, and where you are located. We may also use advertising cookies to collect information about your visit to our Site. Navara may share some limited data with third parties for advertising purposes. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating certain settings in your browser. Please note that if you decide to activate such settings, you may not be able to access parts of the Site.
Navara reserves the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. Social media pixels allow social media platforms to track visitors to outside websites in an effort to tailor advertisements users see while visiting that social media platform. We reserve the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of these social media platforms.
Third Party Use of Cookies
On our Site, some content or applications, including advertisements, ad networks, content providers, and the like, are served by third parties. These third parties may use cookies alone or with other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you utilize our Site. They may collect some personal information or information about your online activities to provide you with relevant advertising or targeted content. We do not control third-party tracking technologies or how they may be used. Should you have any questions about advertisements or other such targeted content, you must contact the responsible third party directly.
Do Not Track Disclosures
Some web browsers may transmit do not track (“DNT”) signals to websites with which the user communicates. To date, there is no industry standard for DNT, and users cannot know how a given company responds to a DNT signal they receive from browsers. Navara is committed to remaining apprised of DNT standards. However, we do not support DNT browser settings and do not currently participate in any DNT frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms regarding the collection of your personal data.
Embedded Content From Other Websites
Content or articles on the Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the user has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
